Service Engineer

Location: Delhi / Ludhiana

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Company

Remidio Innovative Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in a fast-paced environment to lead business processes and implementation of screening programs. This role involves leveraging Remidio technologies, including hardware and AI solutions, to enhance early detection and treatment of eye conditions and systemic diseases. The successful candidate will work closely with donors, clients, government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners. The role will focus on supporting the department head on new partner/client acquisition, business operations, successful operationalization, and monitoring of screening programs. The role will also require strong data analytics and report writing skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Install ophthalmic equipment at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and customization as per client requirements.

• Attend service calls for troubleshooting and repair of ophthalmic devices, both remotely and on-site.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine PMS visits to ensure equipment reliability.

• Provide on-site training to clients on the usage and maintenance of ophthalmic equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including detailed service reports and equipment history.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.
