Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers through phone, email, remote support, and on-site visits
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment and systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and operational startup activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvements
  • Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
