Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in South India. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service, ensuring timely repair of machines, and offering technical support to clients. The role requires active communication with customers to address their service needs and deliver exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with machinery and equipment
• Experience in Field Service requiring travel and on-site technical intervention
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Technical Support skills for guiding users and resolving technical problems
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of laser cutting machines, CNC systems, or industrial equipment
• The capability to adapt to new technologies and learn advanced manufacturing systems
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the metal fabrication or automation industry is a plus
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
