Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment troubleshooting, conducting field service visits to client sites, providing technical support, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks on water treatment systems. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system operations and delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and systems, particularly in water treatment systems.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients and explain technical information clearly.
- Technical Support expertise to assist clients with system installations and operational guidance.
- Ability to work independently and on-site in industrial environments.
- Relevant educational qualification in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering fields is preferred.
- Experience in water or wastewater treatment solutions will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
