Job Title: Service Engineer- Medical Equipment (Physiotherapy & Aesthetic)

Job Description:

• The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of physiotherapy and aesthetic medical devices in customer facilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1.Install physiotherapy and aesthetic medical equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.

2.Perform preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

3.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement effective repairs.

4.Provide technical support and training to customers on proper use and operation of the equipment.

5.Maintain accurate service records, including documentation of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

6.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for medical devices.

7.Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and advancements in physiotherapy and aesthetic medical devices through ongoing training.

8.Extensive travel for field service calls.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably in physiotherapy or aesthetics.

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
