Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting equipment issues, providing technical support to clients, conducting routine maintenance and repair work, and delivering field service support as required. Hr should have am experience of Installation & Commissioning of Pharmaceuticals machines.The role requires effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service to address technical issues and ensure operational efficiency
- Expertise in Technical Support, as well as Maintenance & Repair of equipment and systems
- Strong Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
- Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in environments involving machinery or technical equipment is advantageous
