Senior Visual Designer

Responsibilities:

● Create, maintain, and manage visual systems, brand identity, production quality, and comprehensive style guides.

● Lead and manage Branding, UI, and Graphic Design teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs across projects.

● Develop branding concepts, logos, social media creatives, website visuals, and marketing collateral aligned with brand objectives.

● Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

● Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.

● Create and maintain a centralized library of design assets including logos, icons, templates, and brand elements.

● Understand and translate client requirements into impactful creative and design solutions.

● Drive, manage, and track projects through every milestone to successful completion within timelines.

● Develop and manage project plans while coordinating effectively with internal creative teams.

● Review and approve creative deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

● Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction with project deliverables.

● Understand project briefs thoroughly and drive requirement discussions with internal teams.

● Guide, mentor, and support junior designers, graphic designers, and UI designers.

● Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and incorporating user feedback.

● Think creatively to develop innovative ideas, concepts, and visual strategies.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in Branding, Visual Design, UI Design, or Graphic Design.

● Prior experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency is mandatory.

● Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma.

● Strong understanding of branding systems, UI/UX principles, typography, and visual aesthetics.

● Experience handling branding projects, website designs, social media creatives, and UI systems.

● Leadership experience in managing creative and design teams is preferred.

● Strong client management and communication skills.
