We are established in the US, but our office is in Bangalore, India. We're a hybrid organisation, with most of our team working out of Bangalore.

What You'll Do

At Factors.ai, we believe good design isn't just pretty pixels—it's a superpower for storytelling, growth, and building a memorable brand. As our Senior Visual Designer, you'll help us craft everything from landing pages to scroll-stopping social graphics, slick eBooks, and ad creatives that actually convert.

You'll own the visual language of Factors across the funnel and across formats—shaping how we look, feel, and connect with our audience.

• Design high-converting landing pages, engaging social media graphics, crisp eBooks, sleek ads, and everything in between.

• Bring our brand to life through conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and a knack for breaking down complex ideas into beautiful, digestible design.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to make sure every visual asset serves a purpose—and hits the goal.

• Maintain a consistent visual language across touchpoints. Think: typography, colors, layouts, illustrations, icons—you get the idea.

• Translate single ideas into multiple design assets tailored for different platforms

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of visual design experience, ideally with SaaS or B2B brands.

• Must be proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe suite. Bonus points if you dabble in motion or 3D.

• A strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, composition —yep, all the nerdy stuff that makes the magic happen.

• A portfolio that makes us say: Damn, they get it. We're talking ad campaigns, ebooks, LPs, social—plus a peek into your process.

• Comfort with feedback loops, tight timelines, and shifting priorities (startups, right).

• A mindset that prioritizes outcomes over aesthetics—designing not for design's sake, but for impact.

• Solid communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
