We are looking for a Senior Designer who can own how the brand looks, feels, and communicates visually across every touchpoint. You will be responsible for translating brand vision into a distinct, scalable visual identity. Your work should not just support copy or campaigns. It should carry meaning on its own, evoke emotion, and make the brand instantly recognizable.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Visual Identity
  • Define and evolve the brand's visual language across digital, product, retail, and content. Ensure consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Translate Brand into Design Systems
  • Build scalable systems for brand that can be applied across channels without losing distinctiveness.
  • Make the Brand Felt, Not Just Seen
  • Create visuals that communicate what words cannot. Design for emotion, aspiration, and recall.
  • Lead Creative Direction
  • Take ownership of key campaigns, launches, and content. Set the visual tone and direction across formats.
  • Drive Channel Innovation
  • Rethink how design shows up across platforms. Experiment with motion, video, interactive formats, and emerging content styles.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with brand, content, product, and marketing teams to ensure visual storytelling is cohesive and impactful.
  • Raise the Creative Bar
  • Continuously push for higher quality, originality, and craft across all brand outputs.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of experience in design roles across branding, digital, or content
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking and high-quality execution
  • Skills across graphic design, motion, and video (depth in one, fluency across others)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual systems
  • Ability to think beyond formats and create distinct visual worlds
  • Experience working on premium, design-led brands preferred
  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail and craft
