What You'll Do

• Understand client briefs and convert them into standout design concepts—from ideation to final execution.
• Design social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any stream (design background preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Good grasp of design principles, typography, and layouts.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E) will be an added edge.
• Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients, and open to constructive feedback.
