We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who can create sharp, high-impact videos for digital and campaign communication. The role requires fast editing skills, storytelling ability, and experience in producing engaging social media and political campaign videos.

• Edit campaign videos, promotional films, and political messaging content
• Create short-form social media videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube clips)
• Develop motion graphics, subtitles, and visual storytelling elements
• Convert field footage into impactful narrative-driven videos
• Work closely with the content, digital, and campaign teams
• Deliver fast turnaround edits during campaign cycles
• Maintain quality, pacing, and storytelling consistency
  

• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics
• Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and transitions
• Ability to edit high-energy campaign and social media content
• Understanding of visual storytelling and audience engagement
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments
  

• Minimum 5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Must have a strong portfolio / showreel
• Must have own laptop or editing workstation
• Immediate joining preferred
