We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Video Editor with strong storytelling ability who understands attention economics and social-first content.

This is not just an editing role, this is about crafting narratives that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds and retain them till the last frame.

You will edit high-retention short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid campaigns. The role requires sharp cuts, powerful hooks, dynamic pacing, motion graphics, and performance-aligned storytelling.

You will actively use AI tools to optimize workflows from captioning and enhancement to pacing and automation while collaborating closely with strategists, designers, and performance teams.

The ability to turn raw footage into compelling, conversion-driven stories is essential.

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in agency.
• Strong storytelling skills, ability to structure hooks, build narrative flow and drive retention
• Proven experience in high-retention short-form and performance ad creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Deep understanding of platform formats (aspect ratios, safe zones, compression standards)
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Solid audio editing and pacing skills
• Hands-on experience with AI-based editing tools
• Ability to manage multiple edits daily in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership mindset and openness to feedback
