We design for bedrooms, balconies, slow mornings, and self-care Sundays.

We're not looking for a behind-the-scenes planner. We want a do-it-all, boots-on-ground, buzz-generating brand builder who can turn a store launch into a moment, a coupon drop into a citywide hook, and a Pyjama Party into the talk of the town.
You'll work directly with the founders and creative team to shape the offline presence of India's most exciting sleepwear brand.

Required Skills Qualifications
1. Shoot Planning & Execution
- Model Selection & Fitting Work with agencies or freelance models for brand representation
- Studio & Location Booking Manage shoot logistics and book popular studios early
- Props & Styling Arrange props, accessories, and outfit styling for brand consistency
- Visual Direction Develop shoot dockets, mood boards, and shot lists to execute a creative vision
2. Market Research & Creative Collaboration
- Maintain a database of reference videos, cinematography styles, and visual inspirations
- Collaborate with the Product & Marketing Teams to ensure visuals align with seasonal collections
3. Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Work with the Supply Chain Team to ensure timely inventory of garments and shoot props
- Coordinate with warehousing and merchandising for seamless product availability
4. Videography & Cinematic Storytelling
- Capture high-quality brand videos, product shoots, campaign visuals, and behind-the-scenes content
- Execute cinematic shots, slow-motion, transitions, and visual effects
5. Advanced Editing & Post-Production
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video deliverables
- Perform color correction, cinematic color grading, and advanced transitions
- Ensure content is optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Website, Digital Ads)
6. Asset Management & Workflow Optimization
- Maintain a structured archive of raw footage, edited versions, and templates
- Ensure file backups, easy retrieval, and efficient workflow management
Qualification:
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have 4-6 years of design and visual storytelling experience in fashion/lifestyle/e-comm/D2C
- Can lead photo and video shoots with confidencestudio + AI
- Obsess over light, layout, color theory, and mood boards
- Can think visually and work autonomously matching product stories with creative intuition
- Know how to get things done managing timelines, vendors, and teams across departments
