Job Title: Senior US Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time /Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for SAP roles (SAP MM, FICO, SD, ABAP, etc.)
- Work on requirements from direct clients / implementation partners
- Post jobs on portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
- Conduct initial screening and technical validation
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & clients
- Negotiate rates/salary and ensure successful closures
- Maintain and update candidate database and trackers
Experience:
- 3+ / 5+ years in US IT Recruitment
- Proven experience in SAP requirements hiring
