Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients. The recruiter should have hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and a good understanding of US hiring processes, visa types, and employment models.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using platforms such as DICE, Monster, LinkedIn , and other job boards.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Work with different US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 .
- Understand and manage candidates with different US visa statuses (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track submissions through ATS or internal systems.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment .
- Strong sourcing skills using DICE, Monster, and LinkedIn .
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
- Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models .
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients or vendors .
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
