Job Description

Roles and responsibilities :

Managed one or more modules Independently
Responsible to work with business analysts, developers and architects for test strategy and planning
Understand the requirements and create the test strategy/plan. Perform analysis/review the test cases and identify/prioritize the ones which can be executed based on business need
Estimate, plan, monitor and control testing activities and tasks
Prepare any risk mitigation plans in case there are any delays are foreseen
Responsible to handle the small team and should be able to resolve issues within the team
Should have excellent troubleshooting skills
Manage testing scope, SLAs, KPIs, communication, risk & issues etc., create the test schedule
Identify the training requirements of the testers, plan and organize the knowledge transfer to the testers
Defect management, participate in triages
