Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify technical solutions
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and systems
Provide training and support to end-users on technical solutions
Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with technical architecture and standards
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and within budget
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with technical expertise
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
Familiarity with database management systems, APIs, and other technical tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus
