This job is provided by apna.co We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team for selling health insurance policies. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance plans, and generating sales through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain health insurance plans and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Follow up with interested leads to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Ability to convince customers and achieve targets.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed Salary) + Incentives
