Role: Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives who can connect with potential customers, explain services, and drive sales conversions through outbound calling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to leads provided by the company

• Pitch services and membership plans effectively

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages

• Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain call records, feedback, and sales data in CRM

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality interaction standards

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in telesales / outbound calling

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Hindi & basic English required

• Bengali & Odia-speaking candidates preferred (for Kolkata location)

Working Details:

• 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
