About The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, connecting them with DTC Projects residential complexes. Your main focus is engaging leads through calls, maintaining strong follow-up, and keeping our CRM system accurate and up-to-date. Think of yourself as the bridge between interested prospects and their future homes.
KRAs
Responsible for calling old lead database and provide chat support
Updating the lead status in Salesforce System
Follow - up for all leads in the system
Weekly reporting on leads
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in telesales or real estate pre-sales
- Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (speaking, reading, writing)
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and organisational skills
