Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters

Join us as a Senior Technical Writer and play a key role in building world-class documentation that enables customers, system administrators, and internal teams to adopt, deploy, and fully leverage Sirion's powerful platform.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand functional and technical specifications, explore new product features, and convert complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and engaging content. Your work will be central to enhancing product adoption, usability, and customer success.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Own and deliver high-quality end-user and technical documentation across the Sirion product suite.
  • Design and maintain AI-ready documentation
  • Structured, modular, and reusable content (DITA or equivalent)
  • Optimized for LLM consumption, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval
  • Leverage GenAI tools and workflows to
  • Accelerate content creation and updates
  • Enable intelligent documentation experience (AI assistants, chatbot-based help)
  • Install and explore new product releases to understand features and document them for varied audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to produce timely and accurate documentation aligned with product releases.
  • Create and publish release-cycle artifacts such as release notes, feature documents, and help articles.
  • Review, update, and enhance existing documentation—user guides, knowledge base articles, integration documents, and admin manuals.
  • Build and maintain document sets including
  • User Manuals
  • Installation & Integration Guides
  • System Admin Guides
  • Release Notes & Feature Documents
  • Functional Descriptions
  • Create videos, product demos, and walkthroughs to support user learning.
  • Copy-edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards.
  • Help evolve documentation processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Develop deep product and domain expertise to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.

Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table

  • 4–7 years of technical writing experience, ideally with complex enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Experience documenting complex software systems and workflows.
  • Strong track record producing
  • User Manuals
  • Installation & Integration Guides
  • System Admin Guides
  • Functional Descriptions
  • Release Notes & Feature Documents
  • Hands-on experience with API documentation.
  • Experience creating product videos, demos, and walk-through content.
  • Familiarity with AI/GenAI-assisted documentation workflows (prompting, content structure for LLMs or similar)
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as:
  • MS Office, Document 360, Snagit, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix/WalkMe
  • Strong understanding of technical writing standards, style guides, and documentation lifecycles.
  • Experience with DITA-based tools and standard graphics tools.
  • Familiarity with DDLC and Agile development practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented; strong ownership and action bias.
  • Learning-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Education & Certifications

  • BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT
  • Good to have
  • Certifications in technical writing
  • Experience/certifications in software development or testing
  • Exposure to CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) or legal-tech domains
