Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter based in Coimbatore. The Senior Technical Recruiter will oversee the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The role also involves conducting interviews, ensuring great candidate experiences, and contributing to the overall recruitment process to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in technical recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates for IT and engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, job posting management, and talent pipeline development
  • Proficiency in candidate database management, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interview skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of market trends, advanced recruitment tools, and techniques relevant to the tech industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruitment are a plus
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices related to recruitment compliance
