We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting top IT talent, with a focus on building relationships and understanding the needs of both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
