Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for engineering and technical roles. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end technical hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent.

You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, driving efficient hiring processes, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role requires someone who understands the technology hiring landscape, can identify strong technical talent, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Technical Hiring
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
  • Work closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent
  • Screen candidates for technical capability, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes and feedback loops
  • Drive the process from initial outreach to offer closure
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, and professional networks
  • Build strong pipelines for software engineering, product, and technical roles
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates through targeted outreach strategies
  • Maintain and nurture long-term candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Leverage referral networks and communities to find top talent
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers
  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring timelines
  • Ensure hiring managers are aligned with structured interview processes
  • Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal teams
  • Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a high-quality and transparent candidate experience throughout the process
  • Keep candidates informed at every stage of the hiring journey
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and represent the employer brand effectively
  • Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
  • Track and maintain candidate data in the ATS
  • Ensure hiring processes are structured, efficient, and scalable
  • Improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
  • Analyze hiring metrics such as pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring velocity

Must-Haves

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Proven experience hiring for engineering and technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, and networking channels
  • Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
  • Strong ability to evaluate technical profiles and resumes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good To Have

  • Experience hiring for product startups or high-growth tech companies
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks and engineering roles
  • Experience hiring for senior or niche technical roles
