Job Description

Role: Area Manager BD

Reports to: Regional Manager BD

Role Description

Oversee the financial approval process, and ensure seamless coordination between various teams. The role also involves managing financial transactions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with landlords, consultants and developers to identify real estate opportunities – Build pipeline in specified geographies/ or format in line with expansion plan.
  • Market Mapping on a continuous basis; Keeping track of market trends and competitor movements in their regions/formats.
  • Negotiation for commercial terms, scope of work and timelines for handover.
  • Activation of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
  • Lease Management covering lease terms, renewals and also work with franchises as required.
  • Accurate documentation for all stages ranging from LOI to Registration.
  • Responsible for timely Store opening/Closure; Responsible for renewals and transfer of
  • Maintaining proper reporting of daily activity and market coverage and store opening status Re-Negotiation in line with business exigencies and market trends.
  • Coordinate and resolve partner commercial issues and settlement for stores closed.
