Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding brand and business requirements.
- Handle approvals, timelines, feedback, and regular status updates efficiently.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end integrated campaigns with a strong focus on digital.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams on briefs and ensure clarity on deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
- Work closely with media and tech teams for integrated campaign rollouts.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Project & Operations Management
- Manage project documentation, timelines, trackers, and WIP reports.
- Share campaign calendars and performance updates with stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
Reporting & Support
- Assist in preparing presentations, pitches, and post-campaign reports.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure smooth execution across all stages.
