Job Description

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

• Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports).

• Manage user onboarding, training, and ongoing support for Salesforce users.

• Monitor system performance, data quality, and adoption metrics.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.

• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and Salesforce support when needed.

• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
