Job Title Senior Technical Recruiter
Location Remote in India

Compensation:
- Base salary - $15,000 USD
- Contract Placement Commissions - 2% of profit margin
- Direct Hire Placement Commissions - 2.5% of company placement fee
Must Have Skills:
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and AI/ML roles
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in both contract and direct-hire roles
- Experience leveraging AI and technology to become ultra efficient
- Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including Cybersecurity Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevSecOps, Data Scientists, and AI/ML Engineers
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in a competitive market
- Screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates to hiring managers with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Maintain compliance with OFCCP and internal audit requirements when necessary
- Provide market insights and data-driven recruiting recommendations to hiring teams
- Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles
- Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance outreach efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends in cybersecurity, IT, and AI hiring to maintain a competitive edge
