About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter/ Senior Technical Recruiter for US Staffing with deep expertise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of working with complex technical roles, a strong understanding of industry-specific talent pools to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.

Work Schedule:

• Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
• Work Style: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite (Tues, Wed & Thurs) & 2 Days Remote on (Monday & Fri)

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience/Exposure or into Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter ect.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing verticals (contract, direct hire, and executive searches).
• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and niche platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, etc.) to identify top-tier candidates.
