Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter at Assistant Manager level with strong hands-on exposure to hiring niche and mid-to-senior technology roles. The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership and close stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles including AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Full Stack Developer, QA Automation, Power BI Developer, Technical Project Manager, and Business Analyst
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and close candidates through multiple channels
- Manage stakeholders, hiring timelines, and candidate experience
- Track hiring metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
- Support team mentoring and recruitment best practices at an AM level
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in technology recruitment (IT / Digital roles)
- Sound understanding of AI, Data, Full Stack, QA Automation, BI, and Tech PM skill sets
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel requisitions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills
- Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments
