About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, domain-aware Senior Technical Recruiter who can source, evaluate, and close world-class engineering talent across 3D graphics, full-stack,
backend/distributed systems, AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps/SRE, and platform
architecture.
You will serve as the talent partner to Engineering Leadership, driving hiring across multiple disciplines and ensuring that every incoming candidate meets the bar for our high-performance product engineering culture.
This role requires deep technical literacy, self-starter drive, strong sourcing instincts, market intelligence, and the ability to engage niche talent pools in competitive markets (gaming, AV, robotics, ML infra, distributed systems, and product engineering).

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML, Data Science, MLOps, Backend, Full Stack, Cloud, and other product engineering roles.
Build strong pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.
Act as a headhunter to proactively approach passive candidates and convert them through strong engagement strategies and quality communication.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Tech Leads to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Screen and curate candidates for technical depth, problem-solving, product-building mindset, and cultural fit.
Manage interview processes, scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate experience end-to-end.
Track metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratios, pipeline quality, and sourcing efficiency.
Maintain strong awareness of the relevant technology and talent landscape, compensation trends, and competitive insights.
Represent the company professionally to build employer brands within niche tech communities.
Deliver a premium candidate experience by managing the full interview cycle with clarity and speed.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience hiring for product engineering roles, with deep familiarity across backend, frontend, graphics rendering, data, AI/ML, and DevOps.
Excellent sourcing skills with deep expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, Github/StackOverflow sourcing, and talent mapping.
Proven ability to headhunt passive and niche candidates in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of technology fundamentals, current trends, and engineering workflows.
Hands-on recruiter capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work fast-paced, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for web applications, video streaming, or distributed systems
Recruitment experience in a product company or high-growth tech startup.
Strong network within India's product-tech and AI/ML community.
