Senior US IT Recruiter - Bangalore (Fast-Paced Environment)

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for our US clients, consistently meeting aggressive hiring targets.
Recruitment & Sourcing Excellence (High-Volume):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of US IT requirements (e.g., Software Developers - Java/.Net/Python, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, ERP, QA/Automation, etc.).
- Develop and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies using US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and internal databases to identify hard-to-find technical talent.
- Demonstrate mastery of Boolean search strings and headhunting techniques to build a robust and well-qualified pipeline of candidates.
- Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain consistent communication to foster long-term relationships.
- Ensure a high conversion ratio from submission to interview and placement.
Technical Screening & Compliance:
- Conduct thorough initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Possess a strong, up-to-date understanding of core IT concepts, programming languages, and current technology trends.
- Expert knowledge of US Tax Terms is mandatory: Must be proficient in dealing with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of US work authorizations is mandatory: Experience in recruiting and dealing with US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, EAD, TN Visa holders.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to thoroughly understand job requirements, organizational needs, and critical success factors.
- Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and salary expectations with consultants/vendors effectively and ethically to achieve optimal results.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to internal teams regarding competitor compensation, skills availability, and hiring trends in the US.
- Maintain meticulous records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare accurate, timely recruitment reports on key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health).
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Work Shift: Must be comfortable working in a US-aligned shift (EST or PST) from Bangalore.
- Pace & Drive: Proven ability to deliver consistent results and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical job roles, IT terminology, and the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional phone presence to interact effectively with US-based clients and candidates.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Information Technology) is preferred.
