About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Senior Technical Recruiter to join our
Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technical hiring across multiple business units, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality closures for critical technology positions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and proactive sourcing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand business requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source and attract top technical talent through platforms such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct technical screening to assess candidate capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer finalization with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline strength.
- Support employer branding and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- 59 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment within IT services, product, or consulting organizations.
- Strong understanding of key technology domains such as Full Stack Development, Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Mobile Application Development.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and closing niche and senior-level technical positions within defined timelines.
- Proficient in job portals (Naukri, Foundit, etc.) and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
