About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for technical roles supporting aviation software, digital navigation platforms, and enterprise IT systems. This role is critical to scaling our Bangalore operations and supporting global aviation clients with innovative digital solutions.
You will collaborate with engineering managers, HR partners, and global stakeholders to identify, engage, and onboard top-tier IT talent across software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including software engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, and cybersecurity analysts.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build strategic sourcing plans.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Bangalore tech meetups, and internal referrals.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring alignment with skill and cultural fit.
- Maintain and nurture talent pipelines for niche roles in aviation IT and digital platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership on hiring trends and pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards and local labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or enterprise software domains.
- Proven success hiring for roles in cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of Bangalore's tech ecosystem and talent market.
- Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for aviation software companies or digital navigation platforms.
- Familiarity with aviation-related technologies such as EFBs, flight planning systems, or CIAM/IAM frameworks.
- Exposure to cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).
- Certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional).
