Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across engineering, IT, and digital roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in ATS systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role recruiting for IT, engineering, or technology positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate technical resumes and explain roles clearly to candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
