Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle hiring for roles like Software Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA Automation, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring plans.
- Source, screen, and shortlist strong technical talent across multiple channels.
- Improve current hiring processes and help build innovative talent-scouting strategies.
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 25 years of tech recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
