The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to fulfill workforce needs efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience in mid-senior and leadership hiring in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Should be okay working onsite.
Day to Day:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.
- Develop strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Oversee candidate experience to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
