Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for mid and senior-level roles across various functions. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensuring that Worko.ai is positioned as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-powered tools to identify top talent for mid and senior-level positions.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen Worko.ai's employer brand through compelling job descriptions, social media engagement, and networking strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and enhance decision-making.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience working in a recruitment agency as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in hiring for mid & senior-level roles across multiple domains.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and hiring best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven hiring platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other recruitment tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple hiring projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who can work cross-functionally with hiring managers and leadership.
