Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

  • Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.
  • Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital

About the Role

We're seeking self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop and implement hiring strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and manage the recruitment process for bulk hiring positions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs
  • Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future bulk hiring positions
  • Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate job offers and coordinate seamless onboarding processes for new hires
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a major focus on bulk hiring
  • Proven success in managing bulk hiring initiatives
  • Independent thinker, quick decision maker, and problem solver
  • A quick learner with an understanding of business needs and alignment with candidate skills
  • A self-driven attitude and to be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategic hiring, and talent management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with recruitment analytics, metrics, and with a data-driven approach
