We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who's a master at finding and hiring the best talent, even in the toughest market. You'll be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, creating a seamless candidate experience, and ensuring we have a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for all open positions.

But this isn't your average recruiting role. We're looking for someone who's creative, innovative, and social-media-savvy. You'll be responsible for hacking the hiring process to get optimal inbound applications and success on our applicant outreach.

What will you be doing at Parallel

  • You will be the one to build a thriving talent pipeline that ensures we have a steady stream of qualified candidates for all open positions at all times, come what may
  • It will be up to you to craft and manage a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
  • You will be the showrunner in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with our overall business goals.
  • You'll partner with hiring managers to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver tangible results by consistently meeting their needs.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to improve our hiring process.
  • You'll be in charge of our Campus Recruitment program and develop relationships with top universities to secure a pipeline of fresh talent for the future.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years experience in hiring for product, design, and technology roles
  • Passion for finding and hiring the best talent
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create a seamless candidate experience
  • Ability to think outside the box and hack the hiring process
  • Experience with talent acquisition software
  • Experience with campus recruiting
