This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on IT recruitment. The person should hold strong recruiting skills to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier IT talent at scale. The role is hybrid, based in Gurugram,

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in IT recruitment
• Preferably from Staffing organization
• Experience in Full Life-Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Knowledge of Hiring processes for IT recruitment to meet high-volume hiring needs efficiently.
• Expertise in Employer Branding to enhance company reputation and attract talented professionals.
• Strong Recruiting skills to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier IT talent at scale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment pipelines.
• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
