Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time on-site role, based in Mohali, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing effective hiring strategies, implementing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. As a key collaborator with leadership and hiring managers, you will play a vital role in scaling and strengthening the workforce to align with Fitelo's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent
• Proven skills in Bulk Hiring for the Sales role and developing effective recruitment strategies
• Experience in Employer Branding to build and enhance the company's reputation as a preferred workplace
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques to assess and identify the best-fit candidates for roles
• Strong skills in Recruiting, with knowledge of industry best practices and a data-driven approach to hiring
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
