Location: Mohali (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months (Full-time opportunity based on performance)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Interns to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (HR/BBA/MBA preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in recruitment/HR
• Basic knowledge of hiring processes is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Mohali
