Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in bulk hiring, preferably from the EdTech industry. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and meeting high-volume hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
- Manage high-volume hiring for sales, academic, operations, and support roles
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring
- Prior experience in EdTech recruitment is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA in HR completed
- Experience hiring for EdTech roles/Consultancy.
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
