This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, based in the Pune District. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process to attract top technical talent. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating technical interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to define hiring needs, and providing a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will also develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure the organization's current and future staffing demands are met efficiently.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting processes
• Proven expertise in hiring top-tier candidates and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Ability to identify, attract and evaluate technical talent effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field (or equivalent experience)
