Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Post vacancies on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain an updated talent pipeline.
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers.
- Handle salary breakup, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports; maintain data in the ATS.
- Manage client coordination, address escalations, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Support basic HR operations documentation, employee onboarding, and HR records management.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Strong exposure to IT and Infrastructure hiring and senior-level recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling client-facing recruitment and escalations.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
