Role Overview

Hero Vired is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Sales Hiring with strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring for sales and business development roles. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the ed-tech industry, a stable career profile, and proven ability to close hiring mandates in fast-paced environments.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of the hiring lifecycle for Inside Sales, Business Development Executives, Relationship Managers, and Team Leads, ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales & Business Development roles across levels.
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements with tight TATs
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and closure timelines.
  • Execute high-volume sourcing through:
  • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Internal databases and referrals
  • Vendor coordination and campus/drive hiring (where applicable)
  • Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews focusing on sales competencies, communication skills, stability, and ed-tech fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Drive offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining closures.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and walk-in / hiring drive activities as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in sales & bulk hiring.
  • Prior experience hiring for ed-tech sales roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-growing environments.
  • Strong screening, assessment, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and closures.
  • Good understanding of sales KPIs, incentive structures, and role expectations.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, primarily focused on Sales Hiring.
  • Prior experience working with an ed-tech organization is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring and high-volume closures.
  • Stable career track record with meaningful tenure in previous organizations.
  • Willingness to work from the Delhi office (on-site).
