This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.

About Client -

It is a French manufacturer specializing in advanced liquid leak detection systems, with headquarters in Paris and a regional office in Singapore. Our cutting-edge solutions are widely used across critical facilities such as data centers, commercial buildings, and industrial sites.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand sales of our leak detection systems across India through consultant
  • engagement, end-user presentations, and channel partner development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts in building automation,
  • data centers, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, technical presentations, and tender
  • preparation (RFP/RFQ) to commercial negotiation and project handover.
  • Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, promoting brand
  • awareness and thought leadership.
  • Build, train, and support distributor and system integrator networks across India.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and
  • strong after-sales customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain structured reporting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant technical discipline – Electrical, Electronics,
  • Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineer preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in product-based B2B selling, preferably in Data centers, building automation, BMS, industries.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex solutions
  • effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
  • and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as within a
  • diverse international team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India, often on short notice.
  • This is a full-time position based in Mumbai and available for immediate hiring.

Additional details:

Working days - Monday to Friday

Compensation - Up to 35 Lpa
