Must Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of direct exposure to corporate gifting B2B sales
- Strong existing network with Admin / Procurement / HR / CXOs
- Experience in handling festive spikes (Diwali gifting is a BIG signal)
- Should understand premium/luxury positioning (not mass-only FMCG)
- Ability to close high-value deals (₹50L+ / ₹1Cr+ order cycles preferred)
- Hands-on experience with customization & packaging solutions
- Exposure to unorganized gifting ecosystem / aggregators is a strong plus
- Must be comfortable with ownership role (reporting to CEO)
- Prefer candidates who have built or scaled a business vertical
Required Skills:
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales / Strategy preferred)

Description:
We are looking for 5 to 7 years well-networked B2B sales leader who has deep experience in corporate gifting or closely related industries, and can build and scale a high-revenue gifting business. The ideal candidate should have strong CXO-level connections, proven ability to close large bulk deals (especially festive gifting), and experience managing end-to-end operations—from product curation to delivery. Someone who understands premium/luxury positioning and can drive both strategy and execution while leading teams will be a strong fit.
