About the Role
As a Sales & BD lead, you'll:
Drive B2B sales for acoustic solutions
Build and nurture relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project heads
Own the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure
Help redefine guest experiences by creating quieter, smarter spaces
What You Bring
5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in acoustics, interiors, or building solutions)
Experience working with interior designer, architects and PMC clients is a huge plus
Strategic mindset with strong communication skills
Tech-savvy with CRM, pitch decks, and consultative selling
Degree in Engineering/Marketing; MBA preferred
